None of the platform connections are live yet. You can start with uploaded invoices and rate cards. A planned connection is not the same as billing data being available.

When live, ThirdLedger will install as a standalone Shopify app and read the orders and fulfilments needed to match 3PL charges. It will not write products or change fulfilments.
A Shopify connection is not available to merchants yet. You can still upload order exports.

This is the first planned billing connection: merchant invoices and credits, with original decimal precision kept. Credits are treated as credits, not as negative overcharges.
Invoice access has to be authorised separately. Connecting a store will not automatically expose billing data.

Warehouse activity is used to confirm what work was completed. If a required data feed is not available on an account, that capability stays unavailable.
Each account is checked for the data we need before it is turned on. Missing access is listed rather than assumed.
